This policy explains what information travelEZ collects, why, and what we do with it. travelEZ is an independent visa agency based in Pakistan that helps Pakistani passport holders apply for visas.

What this website collects

You can use this website without giving us any personal details. The forms on the site do not send anything to us or store it anywhere. When you press "Continue on WhatsApp", your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you decide whether to send it.

Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare also tells the page which country you are in, so prices are shown in your currency. Your browser remembers this only until you close the tab.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

What we collect when you become a client

To prepare your application we may ask for your name, contact details, passport details, photos, travel plans, bank statements, employment documents and other documents the destination country requires. We only ask for what your application needs.

Please do not send passport scans or documents through the website. We will ask for them over WhatsApp or another secure channel once you are a client.

How we use and share your information

We use your information only to give you the service you asked for: checking your eligibility, preparing and submitting your application, and keeping you updated.

We share your information with the organisations your application has to go to, such as the embassy, the government visa website or the authorised visa centre. For trip packages, we also share what is needed with airlines, hotels and other providers you book through us. We do not sell your information.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your documents only for as long as we need them for your application and any follow-up. We then delete them, normally within 12 months of your application finishing, unless the law requires us to keep a record for longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you live in the UK, you also have rights under UK data protection law and can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If a traveller is under 18, a parent or guardian should provide their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
