These terms apply when you use the travelEZ website or our services. By booking a service with us, you agree to them.

Who we are

travelEZ is an independent visa agency. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or visa centre. We cannot issue visas or influence a visa decision.

Our services

Visa application: we check which visa route fits you, review your documents, prepare your application and submit it, or guide you through submitting it where you must do it yourself.

1:1 consultation: a 30-minute or 1-hour call to talk through your options, documents or a previous refusal.

Complete trip package: your visa application plus flights, hotels and a day-by-day itinerary.

We confirm exactly what is included, and the price, on WhatsApp before you pay.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is shown on this website and confirmed before you pay. Government visa fees, visa centre fees, travel insurance and booking costs are separate. They are set by third parties and paid as we explain for each application.

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, pounds or US dollars depending on where you are. We may change our prices, but a price we have confirmed to you will not change for that booking.

Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate information and genuine documents. We will not submit false or altered documents, and we will stop working on an application if we believe something is not genuine.

You are responsible for making sure your passport is valid, for attending any appointments, and for your own travel bookings unless you have booked a trip package with us.

Please do not buy non-refundable tickets or make other fixed commitments until your visa has been approved.

Decisions and timings

Visa decisions are made only by the authorities of the country you are applying to. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, how long a decision will take, or that you will be allowed to enter a country. Border officers make the final decision on entry.

Processing times and requirements on this website are based on official sources at the time we checked them. They can change without notice. We check the latest rules before submitting your application.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy. In short: if your visa is refused, we refund our service fee in full. Government and third-party fees are not refundable.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. If we make a mistake, our responsibility is limited to the service fee you paid us for that booking, except where the law does not allow this limit.

We are not responsible for decisions, delays or fees set by governments, embassies, visa centres, airlines or hotels.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you live in the UK, this does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer law.
