Why are UK visit visas refused?

Common reasons are weak ties to Pakistan, unclear finances or information that does not match across documents. We check your whole file for these before you apply.

What happens if my visa is refused?

We refund our service fee in full. The government visa fee is not refundable.

Current passport, plus copies of old passports showing your travel history
Bank statements that show where your money comes from (issued within the last year)
Employment letter on company letterhead (role, salary, length of service), or business registration documents
Details of where you will stay, or an invitation from family in the UK
Travel dates and an estimate of what the trip will cost
Proof of family relationship, such as a birth certificate, if travelling with family
Certified English translations of any documents not in English

Who can apply

A genuine reason to visit: tourism, family, business meetings or medical treatment
Enough money for the trip without working in the UK
Strong ties to Pakistan, such as a job, business or family
A plan to leave the UK at the end of your visit

Watch out for

Bank statements should show where your money comes from: unexplained deposits weaken an application.
Long-term visas (2, 5 or 10 years) cost more but save repeat applications.
Do not book non-refundable flights until you have a decision.
