Turkey has two routes for Pakistani passport holders, and one question decides which you need: do you hold a valid UK, US, Schengen or Irish visa or residence permit? If yes, you can use the online eVisa. If not, you apply for a sticker visa at an Anatolia visa centre in Pakistan.

Route 1: the eVisa
- Your supporting visa or permit must be valid when you enter Turkey. A UK eVisa counts; other electronic visas from these countries do not.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from your trip.
- A return ticket, a hotel booking and at least US$50 for each day of your stay.
- Print the eVisa and carry it with you.
Route 2: the sticker visa
Anatolia is the only authorised centre for Turkish visas in Pakistan, with centres in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Hyderabad. You apply in person and fill in an interview form at the centre.
- 1Prepare your file
Application form, two 50×60 mm photos, passport with 180+ days and two blank pages, old passports from the last 5 years, typed cover letter and NADRA FRC.
- 2Show your finances
Original bank statement for at least 3 months, signed and stamped, plus a bank maintenance certificate, salary slips or tax returns, and an employment letter.
- 3Book, do not pay
Hotel reservation and return flight reservation. Do not buy tickets or pay for hotels until the visa is approved.
- 4Visit the centre
Bring cash: centre payments are cash only and not refundable. Travel health insurance is bought at the centre.

No. All centre payments are in cash and are not refundable.
